Jamaica 50 Toronto joins the world in celebrating Jamaica’s 50th Anniversary of
Independence. The Jump For Jamaica All Stars Anthem brings together top Jamaican and
Canadian artists and producers to JUMP FOR JAMAICA – Out Of Many One People – One Love.
Jump For Jamaica is ‘Changing Live for THE BETTER’. Part of the proceeds from downloads
benefit RISE (Reaching Individuals through Skills and Education) Life Management Services
– a non-governmental organization, established in Jamaica in 1989 as the island’s first outpatient
treatment center for addictive disorders. Over the years, RISE has adjusted its direction and focus
to meet the current needs of the young at-risk population in Jamaica, particularly those living
in inner-city communities. THE RISE MISSION: To provide educational, vocational and health-
related services for at-risk populations, including those suffering from addictive disorders, in
order to facilitate healthy, fulfilling and productive lifestyle choices.
